TANZANIA, 5H. Uli, DO4UB will be QRV as 5H2MUA from Arusha beginning August 20. QSL via DO2HQS.

 

TIMOR-LESTE, 4W. Alan, VK1AO will be QRV as 4W/VK1AO from Mount Ramelau, the highest summit of the country, from August 19 to September 4. Activity will be on 40 to 10 meters using CW and FT8. QSL via LoTW.

 

MOROCCO, CN. Special event station 5E61FJ will be QRV from August 17 to 25 to mark Morocco's Youth Day. QSL via CN8WW.

 

FEDERAL REPUBLIC OF GERMANY, DA. A group of operators will be QRV as DK5T/LH from the Lightship Laesoe Rende during the International Lighthouse and Lightship Weekend. Activity will be on 160 to 6 meters using CW, SSB, RTTY, FT8, and FT4. QSL via DK5ON.

 

ESTONIA, ES. Special event station ES1924TE is QRV until August 18 to celebrate the centenary of Amateur Radio in Estonia. QSL via LoTW.

 

KYRGYZSTAN, EX. Darek, SP9DLM and Greg, SN9GM are QRV as EX/home calls until August 20. QSL via SP9DLM.

 

ST. PIERRE AND MIQUELON, FP. A group of operators are QRV as TO8FP until August 22. Activity is on 80 to 6 meters, including 60 meters, using CW, SSB, and various digital modes, and on various satellites. QSL via DJ4MX.

 

FRENCH POLYNESIA, FO. Yann, F1SMB is QRV as FO/F1SMB until September 15 from Tahiti, IOTA OC-046, Fakarawa Island, IOTA OC-066, Tahaa Island, IOTA OC-067, and Moorea Island, IOTA OC-046. Activity is on 40 to 10 meters using SSB and FT8. QSL to home call.

 

REPUBLIC OF KOREA, HL. Oh, 6K2CFI and Ji, DS1TUW are QRV as D93H from Taehuksan Island, IOTA AS-093, until August 17. Activity is on the HF bands and 6 meters using CW, SSB, and FT8. QSL direct to DS1TUW.

CZECH REPUBLIC, OK. Special event stations OL24YOTA, OL1YOTA, OL2YOTA and OL3YOTA will be QRV from August 16 to 23 during the YOTA Summer Camp 2024 hosted by the Czech Radio Club in Prague. QSL via operators' instructions.

 

GREECE, SV. Operators Kostas, SV8GGI and Vassilis, SV1SXZ will be QRV as J48KLH from Koghi Lighthouse on Salamina Island, IOTA EU-075, during the International Lighthouse and Lightship Weekend. QSL via LoTW.

 

MALI, TZ. Jeff, K1MMB is QRV as TZ4AM from Bamako until the end of August. Activity of late has been on 17 meters using CW around 1900z. QSL to home call.

 

TURKS AND CAICOS ISLANDS, VP5. Randy, K5SL is QRV as VP5/K5SL from Providenciales, IOTA NA-002, until August 23. Activity is on 40 to 10 meters using CW and SSB. QSL to home call.

MEXICO, XE. Special event call sign 4A2MAX is QRV until August 31 in remembrance of Saint Maximilian Maria Kolbe. Activity is on various HF bands using CW, SSB, and various digital modes. QSL via EA5GL.

 

INDONESIA, YB. Members of ORARI Lokal Jakarta Timur are QRV as 7E79RI from Pari Island, IOTA OC-177, until August 19. Activity is on 160 to 10 meters using CW, SSB, and FT8 with several stations. QSL via LoTW.

 

VANUATU, YJ. Operators VK3HJ, VK3QB, VK2PN, and VK5XDX will be QRV as YJ0VK from August 20 to 27. QSL via M0OXO.

The ARRL Rookie RTTY Roundup, ARRL 10 GHz and Up Contest, International Lighthouse Lightship Weekend, Keyman's Club of Japan CW Contest, North American SSB QSO Party, QRP 20-Meter CW Fox Hunt, NCCC FT4 Sprint, Weekly RTTY Test, NCCC CW Sprint, K1USN Slow Speed CW Test, SARTG World Wide RTTY Contest, Russian District Award Contest, Feld Hell Sprint, CVA DX CW Contest, FISTS Sunday CW Sprint, NJQRP Skeeter Hunt and the Run for the Bacon QRP CW Contest will certainly keep contesters busy this upcoming weekend.

 

The K1USN Slow Speed CW Test, ICWC Medium Speed CW Test, OK1WC CW Memorial, Worldwide Sideband Activity Contest, Phone Weekly Test, A1Club AWT, CWops Test, VHF-UHF FT8 Activity Contest, Mini-Test 40 CW and the Mini-Test 80 CW are on tap for August 19 to 21.
